Please install USB driver installation before running Hytera tools.

3. Installation
--------
1) Operating System
To install and run the DMR CPS, your operating system must be Windows XP/Vista or higher. 
Only apply to 32 bits operating system, and not to 64 bits operating system.

2) Web Browser
If your Internet Explorer version is RTM, please upgrade it to version GDR or SP3. 
Otherwise the DMR CPS will not be supported.
