END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT EXECUTION ACKNOWLEDGEMENT 

IMPORTANT - READ CAREFULLY.

By selecting "YES", you are certifying that you or your company have executed and
returned a Software License Agreement, as described below, to Motorola, that you 
have remitted to Motorola any applicable licensing fees, and that you agree to be 
bound by the terms of the Software License Agreement.  Otherwise, you must select 
"NO".

This software, including the software components, data files, media, printed materials, 
and on-line or electronic documentation ("Software Product") contains intellectual 
property owned by Motorola, Inc., which intellectual property is protected by United 
States copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other 
intellectual property laws and treaties.  The Software Product is not sold, and may 
only be installed and used under license from Motorola.  Accordingly, prior to 
installing, copying, or using this Software Product, you must execute a license 
agreement with Motorola that specifically authorizes your installation and use of 
this Software Product ("Software License Agreement").
